2、送，公文流轉(zhuǎn)，公文接收，公文審批以及公文入庫(kù)。其中公文流轉(zhuǎn)模塊是系統(tǒng)的核心，公文流轉(zhuǎn)是根據(jù)公文類型的不同，而選擇相對(duì)應(yīng)的流程。公文審批模塊是對(duì)接收到的公文進(jìn)行審批處理，填寫(xiě)審批意見(jiàn)，最后處理結(jié)果提交到數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。公文入庫(kù)模塊是將完成審批的公文存儲(chǔ)到數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中，對(duì)已入庫(kù)的公文不能進(jìn)行其他的任何操作。本文共五章，分別包括引言，理論基礎(chǔ)，系統(tǒng)需求分析，系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，系統(tǒng)實(shí)施及測(cè)試。關(guān)鍵詞：網(wǎng)上辦公系統(tǒng)；公文流程管理；公文發(fā)送；審批OASystem—DesignandImplementationOfDocumentFlow
