2、】IPPV時(shí)，IOP從通氣前的(1．8土0．3)kPa升至通氣30rain后的(1．9±0．3)kPa；PEEP為5cmHzO及10cmH2O時(shí)，lOP分別從通氣前的(2．0±0．3)kPa升至通氣30rain后的(2．6±0．2)kPa和通氣前的(2．0±0．4)kPa升至通氣30min后的(3．0±0．4)kPa，PEEP較IPPV對(duì)IOP造成的影響更大(Pd0．05)，CVP與IOP具有正相關(guān)性(r一0．81，Pd0．05)?！窘Y(jié)論】對(duì)青光眼等眼內(nèi)疾病或眼外傷伴重要臟器損傷手術(shù)時(shí)若需機(jī)械通氣，最好選用IPPV，如必需用PEEP時(shí)，呼氣末正壓勿大于10
