6、tythatenhancestheaddedvaltieoframieandlinenfibersignificantly.Keywords:ramie:flax:cottonspinning;draft—cuttingprocess;property我國(guó)麻類資源豐富,苧麻纖維作為天然纖維素纖1苧麻、亞麻紡紗原料性能指標(biāo)維,透氣性高、吸濕放濕性佳,且具有防腐、防霉特1.1精細(xì)化亞麻纖維性能指標(biāo)性¨。亞麻纖維吸濕透氣,挺括自然、舒適涼爽,開亞麻纖維經(jīng)精細(xì)化加工(脫膠)處理后的纖維發(fā)前景廣闊。性能指標(biāo)為:斷裂強(qiáng)度5.02cN/dtex,強(qiáng)度不勻當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)主要采用濕
7、法紡紗技術(shù)紡制亞麻纖維,23.49%,細(xì)度2420Nm,斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率4.16%。一般成紗27.78~41.67tex。不僅對(duì)設(shè)備要求高,工1.2牽切苧麻纖維性能指標(biāo)藝流程長(zhǎng),成紗粗硬;且又是濕法加工,很難實(shí)現(xiàn)與其1.2.1苧麻牽切工藝參數(shù)他纖維混紡,難以開發(fā)高檔次、多品種產(chǎn)晶。將亞麻纖牽切工藝參數(shù)對(duì)苧麻纖維的性能影響很大,本次維與苧麻纖維進(jìn)行混紡,采用棉紡I=藝路線,整合兩種試驗(yàn)的苧麻牽切工藝參數(shù)為:喂入定量300g/m,壓力纖維特性,達(dá)到了優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),應(yīng)用前景廣闊。39.2N,牽切隔距38mm,牽切區(qū)牽伸倍數(shù)4倍,預(yù)牽本文通過(guò)對(duì)亞麻纖維進(jìn)行精細(xì)化(脫膠)處理,
