2、g組,每組16只。采用永久性雙側(cè)頸總動脈結(jié)扎法制備血管性癡呆大鼠模型,TFHL70、140mg/kg及鹽酸多奈哌齊0.52mg/kg組連續(xù)給藥36d。采用Morris水迷宮評價大鼠的空問學習記憶能力,H—E染色觀察大鼠海馬CAJ區(qū)神經(jīng)元形態(tài)及密度,酶聯(lián)免疫法檢測大鼠皮質(zhì)、基底節(jié)、海馬乙酰膽堿酯酶(AchE)和膽堿乙?;D(zhuǎn)移酶(ChAT)活性變化。結(jié)果:與Sham比較,血管性癡呆模型組大鼠學習記憶能力顯著降低,大鼠逃避潛伏期明顯延長,穿越平臺區(qū)次數(shù)顯著減少,平臺象限游泳距離百分比顯著降低;ChAT活性明顯降低,AChE活
