1、第36卷第8期人民黃河Vo1.36.No.82014年8月YELLOWRIVERAug.,2014【水環(huán)境與水生態(tài)】小浪底水庫應(yīng)急調(diào)度對(duì)下游水污染事件的調(diào)控余真真,張建軍,馬秀梅,郝巖彬(黃河水資源保護(hù)科學(xué)研究院,河南鄭州450004)摘要:近年來黃河突發(fā)性水污染事件出現(xiàn)較為頻繁,水庫加大下泄流量對(duì)緩解突發(fā)性水污染能夠發(fā)揮重要作用。建立黃河小浪底以下河段降雨徑流、河網(wǎng)水動(dòng)力學(xué)與污染物傳輸擴(kuò)散相耦合的模型,基于非汛期黃河干流多事故地點(diǎn)排放情景模式,研究小浪底水庫運(yùn)行方式對(duì)污染事件的調(diào)控能力及實(shí)施效果。結(jié)果表明:針對(duì)發(fā)生在小浪底水庫下游的突發(fā)性水
