1、中國(guó)煤炭工業(yè)醫(yī)學(xué)雜志2013年11月第16卷第11期·1775·喉鱗狀細(xì)胞癌中肝細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子受體的表達(dá)及意義戴文成蔣斌韓靚摘要目的研究肝細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子受體(c—Met)在喉鱗狀細(xì)胞癌患者組織及血漿中的表達(dá),探討c—Met在喉鱗狀細(xì)胞癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展所起的作用。方法喉鱗狀細(xì)胞癌及喉乳頭狀瘤患者進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并且設(shè)立正常對(duì)照組,應(yīng)用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法檢測(cè)各組血漿c—Met水平;應(yīng)用半定量RT—PCR法和免疫組織化學(xué)法分別檢測(cè)各組組織中c—MetmRNA及C—Met蛋白的表達(dá)。結(jié)果喉鱗狀細(xì)胞癌患者血漿中的e—Met水平明顯高于喉乳頭狀瘤患者和正常人群(均P<0.05)。喉鱗狀細(xì)胞癌組織中的C
