2、系統(tǒng)檢測患者血清中CEA、CYFRA21-1水平，Roche4¨檢測患者血清中NSE水平，Beckman全自動生化儀(AU5821)檢測LDH水平，分析NSE、CEA、CYFRA21-1、LDH水平與非小細胞肺癌臨床特征之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果(1)非小細胞肺癌患者血清中NSE、CEA、CYFRA21—1、LDH水平明顯高于非腫瘤肺部感染患者及健康者；(2)非小細胞肺癌組中NSE在未分型患者中水平明顯高于鱗狀細胞癌和腺癌患者，cYFRA21-1在鱗狀細胞癌中水平較高，CEA、LDH的水平差異不明顯；(3)NSE、CEA、CYFRA21-1聯(lián)合檢測陽性率高于NSE單獨檢測的陽性率。結(jié)論
