2、組(8只)和對照組(7只)。繁殖后的2組雄性仔鼠按隨機數(shù)字表法分為宮內(nèi)感染組(35只)和對照組(35只),進行大腦解剖學(xué)觀察、神經(jīng)細(xì)胞凋亡檢測、Morris水迷宮實驗、神經(jīng)細(xì)胞增殖及存活分析。結(jié)果:(1)宮內(nèi)感染組仔鼠大腦較對照組萎縮,TUNEL陽性細(xì)胞數(shù)和caspase一3陽性細(xì)胞數(shù)均較對照組顯著增加(P<0.05)。(2)宮內(nèi)感染組仔鼠近期記憶及遠(yuǎn)期記憶保持能力均較對照組降低,潛伏期顯著延長(P<0.05)。(3)細(xì)胞增殖分析顯示宮內(nèi)感染組3、7和14日齡仔鼠BrdU陽性細(xì)胞數(shù)較對照組顯著增加(P<0.05);細(xì)胞存活分析顯示,28日齡的2組仔鼠
