2、@Jurkat胞增殖周期、細(xì)胞表面分化抗原表達(dá)水平的影響。結(jié)果表明:LfcinB處~Jurkat胞后,隨著Lfcin13濃度增加,處于G/G。期的lurkat胞百分率明顯上升,s期的細(xì)胞百分率明顯下降,細(xì)胞表面分化抗原CD1lb表達(dá)水平明顯升高;此外,利用CCK一8法、NBTi~原反應(yīng)觀察LfcinB5@Jurkat胞增殖、分化的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)細(xì)胞增殖抑制率顯著上升.NBT還原反應(yīng)OD值明顯提高,具有劑量和時(shí)間依賴性。以上結(jié)果說明,LfcinB~g夠通過細(xì)胞周期阻滯抑制lurkat~胞增殖.并能誘導(dǎo)其分化關(guān)鍵詞:牛乳鐵蛋白素;lurkat~胞;增殖;細(xì)胞周期;分化;分化抗原中圖
