2、豆種子的萌發(fā)和生長,綠豆的發(fā)芽勢、發(fā)芽率、根長、葉長、葉寬、鮮重和干重有不同程度提高,根冠比降低。不同濃度處理中,以400mgL處理的幼苗發(fā)芽勢和發(fā)芽率最高,分別為95.8%和97.9%;以300mg/L處理鮮重、總干重和根干重最高,播種8、10天后以200mg/L和400mg/L處理的幼苗根長、葉長、葉寬最高。利用肌苷浸種可促進綠豆種子萌發(fā)和幼苗生長,且濃度為200-400mg/L肌苷更能夠在不同程度上有益于苗期生長并提高產(chǎn)量。關(guān)鍵詞:肌苷;綠豆;種子萌發(fā);幼苗生長中圖分類號:$522文獻標(biāo)志碼:
