2、和E—cadheHn的陽性率分別為81％、70％、35％；癌旁組織中zeb．1、c-jun和E．cadherin的陽性率分別為17％、25％、100％。zeb一1和c-jun蛋白在胃癌組織中的表達(dá)均顯著高于癌旁組織(P<0．05)。zeb．1表達(dá)與腫瘤浸潤深度、分化程度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、TNM分期有關(guān)(P<0．05)；與患者年齡、性別、腫塊大小無相關(guān)性。c-jun表達(dá)與腫瘤分化程度有關(guān)(P<0．05)，與其它臨床病理特征無相關(guān)性。zeb-l與E—cadherin在胃癌組織中表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P<0．05)，zeb．1與c-jun在胃癌組織中表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)。
