1、·94·解放軍醫(yī)藥雜志2015年2月第27卷第2期Med＆PharmJChinPLA，Vo1．27，No．2，F(xiàn)eb．2015腎嗜酸細(xì)胞腺瘤臨床病理分析并文獻(xiàn)復(fù)習(xí)吳永芳，王晶晶，許春偉，劉翠，張博，滿秋紅，王懷濤，李曉兵，韓雙[摘要]目的探討腎嗜酸細(xì)胞腺瘤的臨床病理學(xué)特點(diǎn)及診斷要點(diǎn)。方法對我院收治的腎嗜酸細(xì)胞腺瘤3例的臨床資料、病理形態(tài)學(xué)及免疫組化結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析，并結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)對其診斷及鑒別診斷進(jìn)行探討。結(jié)果本組中。腎占位2例，腎上腺占位1例。鏡下可見腫瘤細(xì)胞排列呈實(shí)性巢索狀、乳頭狀或呈腺泡結(jié)構(gòu)，胞質(zhì)
2、豐富，嗜酸，間質(zhì)少，伴透明樣變性；瘤細(xì)胞呈圓形或多角形，細(xì)胞核圓形規(guī)則，染色質(zhì)分布均勻，核仁位于中央，核分裂象少見。免疫組化顯示CK、EMA表達(dá)均陽性，Vimentin、Hale膠體鐵表達(dá)均陰性。病理診斷腎嗜酸細(xì)胞腺瘤。結(jié)論腎嗜酸細(xì)胞腺瘤較少見，提高對該病的認(rèn)識，對避免誤診至關(guān)重要。[關(guān)鍵詞]腎腫瘤；腺瘤，嗜酸粒細(xì)胞；病理學(xué)，臨床；免疫組化[中國圖書資料分類號]R737．11；R730．261[文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼]B[文章編號]2095—140X(2015)02—0094—04[DOI]10．3969／
