2、tor,mNGF)對糖尿病大鼠皮膚損傷的愈合促進作用,將雄性sD大鼠,連續(xù)2d,每天1次腹腔注射70ms/kg鏈脲霉素建立糖尿病模型,以血糖≥11.1mmol/L為糖尿病合格模型。糖尿病大鼠隨機分成2組,建立皮膚缺損模型和皮膚燙傷模型。mNGF(3,6,12s/kg)肌肉注射,每天1次,連續(xù)21d。于治療第0,3,7,10,14和第21d拍創(chuàng)面照片,測量創(chuàng)面面積。給藥結(jié)束后處死動物取創(chuàng)面組織,采用蘇木精一伊紅染色(henatoxylin—eosinstai-ning)法觀察創(chuàng)面中成纖維細胞、纖維
3、細胞、膠原纖維和毛細血管生長情況。結(jié)果為:與模型組相比,mNGF各劑量對大鼠皮膚切割性損傷創(chuàng)面面積的促愈合速率無顯著性差異;HE染色結(jié)果顯示,mNGF能顯著性促進創(chuàng)面纖維細胞和毛細血管的形成。mNGF各劑量對大鼠皮膚燙傷創(chuàng)面的促愈合速率顯著高于模型組,且各劑量之間有顯著的量效關(guān)系;HE染色結(jié)果顯示,mNGF能顯著性促進受損皮膚纖維細胞和毛細血管的增生。mNGF能明顯促進糖尿病大鼠皮膚損傷的愈合。關(guān)鍵詞:鼠神經(jīng)生長因子;糖尿?。黄つw缺損;創(chuàng)面愈合中圖分類號:R977文獻標識碼:A文章編號:2095
