1、中國磨孝通報(bào)2015,31(16):151—159ChineseAgriculturalScienceBulletin小白菜抗黃曲條跳甲種質(zhì)資源的抗蟲性鑒定周利琳,胡偵華,望勇,司升云,司越(武漢市蔬菜科學(xué)研究所,武漢430345)摘要:為了研究小白菜對黃曲條跳甲的抗蟲性鑒定方法,采用田間自然鑒定法,參照小菜蛾危害分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn),比較了黃曲條跳甲成蟲為害48個品種小白菜的葉面積損失百分率。結(jié)果表明,現(xiàn)行的小菜蛾危害分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于黃曲條跳甲成蟲;進(jìn)一步分析發(fā)現(xiàn)48個品種小白菜葉片的葉面積損失百分率與其葉片孔洞數(shù)顯著正相關(guān)(0.354),表明計(jì)數(shù)葉片受害孔洞
2、數(shù)可以用來鑒定小白菜對黃曲條跳甲成蟲的抗蟲性。為了創(chuàng)新小白菜對黃曲條跳甲的抗蟲性種質(zhì)資源,采用“葉片受害孔洞計(jì)數(shù)法”篩選了100個品種小白菜對黃曲條跳甲成蟲的抗蟲性,得到了5個相對抗蟲品種(‘新矮青9’、‘新夏春3號’、‘918’、‘泰國種子一2’、‘夏冠’)和5個相對感蟲品種(‘楚青325.6’、‘青優(yōu)’、‘雞毛菜’、‘12#耐抽苔青梗x668—1’、‘富士’),5個相對抗蟲品種孔洞數(shù)間均無差異,但均極顯著低于5個相對感蟲品種,這些材料為小白菜抗蟲育種奠定了基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞:小白菜;黃曲條跳甲;抗蟲性中圖分類號:$332.3文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A論文編號:20
