2、sis,CA)、除趨勢對應(yīng)分析(Detrendedcorrespondenceanalysis,DCA)、冗余分析(Redundancvanalysis,RDA)和典范對應(yīng)分析(CanonicalCorrespondenceanalysis,CCA)方法對小秦嶺森林群落進行排序,并比較了4種排序方法的優(yōu)劣.研究結(jié)果表明,依據(jù)植物群落分類和命名原則,對25個樣方進行多元回歸樹分類,本區(qū)植物群落可分為3類;樣方除趨勢對應(yīng)分析排序明確地揭示各群落類型生境分布范圍,較好地反映小秦嶺自然保護區(qū)森林群落與環(huán)境因子的關(guān)系;分類與排序結(jié)合起來分析群落特征效果更好.關(guān)鍵詞:多元回歸樹;對應(yīng)分析;除趨勢對應(yīng)分析;
