2、標(biāo)問及與GCA臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。結(jié)果腺癌組及癌旁組RKIP陽性表達(dá)率分別為38．75％、75．00％，兩組比較，P<0．01；NF—KBp65陽性表達(dá)率分別為75．625％、20．000％，兩組比較，P<0．01。RKIP陽性表達(dá)與GCA淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P<0．05)；NF—KBp65陽性表達(dá)與GCA臨床分期、腫瘤分化程度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P均<0．05)。GCA組織中RKIP與NF—KBp65表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=一0．431，P<0．01)。結(jié)論GCA組織中RKIP表達(dá)下調(diào)、NF—KBp65表達(dá)上升，RKIP表
