2、段不同擴徑長度、擴徑率、井斜角、套管居中度、水泥漿流變參數(shù)及頂替流態(tài)下的體積頂替效率及截面頂替效率值;分析了各因素對頂替效率的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,擴徑段長度增加,頂替效率提高;擴徑率、井斜角及偏心度增加,頂替效率降低;賓漢流體及冪率流體均存在頂替效率最高的流變參數(shù)值,頂替流態(tài)建議采用塞流頂替。研究成果為煤層氣井安全優(yōu)質(zhì)固井提供了技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。關(guān)鍵詞:煤層氣;頂替效率;CFD數(shù)值模擬;注水泥中圖分類號:P634文獻標識碼:ADOI:10.3969~.issn.1001.1986.2014.03.010Displace
