1、農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)報2010,29(7):1382—1387JournalofAgro—EnvironmentScience堆肥作為微生物茵劑載體的研究張志紅,李華興,馮宏,趙蘭鳳,(華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)資源環(huán)境學(xué)院,廣州510642)李敏清,胡偉摘要:以自然風(fēng)干的堆肥為載體,吸附3株功能芽胞細菌液體菌劑制成不同生物肥料,通過不同時間取樣比較堆肥、有機無機肥和生物有機肥以及生物復(fù)混肥中功能芽胞細菌和普通微生物數(shù)量以及pH等指標(biāo)變化,探討堆肥作為載體生產(chǎn)生物肥料的可行性。研究結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過自然風(fēng)干的堆肥與蛭石比較,吸
2、附液體微生物菌劑后無論外觀、手感還是功能芽胞細菌死亡率,差異均不大。含水量小于15%堆肥吸附液體菌劑比例為6%1:L較合適,吸附比例高時,生物肥料含水量和pH較高,影響保存效果。生物有機肥和生物復(fù)混肥保存6個月時,3株功能芽胞細菌總數(shù)分別為0.59x108CFU·g。1和0.38x108CFU·g~,依然可達到農(nóng)業(yè)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。生物有機肥中功能芽胞細菌數(shù)量最高,生物復(fù)混肥集合了三大肥料優(yōu)點,堆肥中普通微生物數(shù)量和多樣性最高。完全腐熟的堆肥經(jīng)過自然風(fēng)干后可作為微生物菌劑載體。關(guān)鍵詞:堆肥;載體;微生物菌劑
