2、算方法的系數(shù)、分別修正用水量和砂率,降低砂率和膠凝材料總量。與原全計(jì)算方法相比較,通過修改的全計(jì)算方法獲得的取值在0.84~0.88范圍內(nèi);當(dāng)摻F-2型復(fù)合摻合料時(shí),取值范圍為0.91~0.93;摻F-1型和摻F-2型的復(fù)合摻合料時(shí)的砂率相差較小。采用優(yōu)化后的配合比配制的C45混凝土的電通量小幅下降,在砂率和膠凝材料總量降低后,提高了混凝土抗?jié)B透性能。結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,對(duì)計(jì)算后的配合比進(jìn)行調(diào)整,結(jié)果表明工程實(shí)體在澆筑過程中,混凝土具有良好的上翻效果,中間無振搗,且一次成型。在待料期間,自密實(shí)混凝土坍落度損失變化較小,其流動(dòng)性與和易性均滿足指標(biāo)要求。關(guān)鍵詞:配合比;優(yōu)化
