1、中國環(huán)境科學(xué)2014,34(1):207-212ChinaEnvironmenta1Science含固率和接種比對葉菜類蔬菜垃圾厭氧消化的影響何品晶,2牛,胡潔,呂凡,諸一殊,邵立明(1.同濟(jì)大學(xué)固體廢物處理與資源化研究所,上海200092;2住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部村鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)司農(nóng)村生活垃圾處理技術(shù)研究與培訓(xùn)中心,上海200092)摘要:通過葉菜類蔬菜垃圾中溫批式厭氧消化實(shí)驗(yàn),比較了含固率(3%、5%、7%)和接種比(1.5、2.5、35)對產(chǎn)甲烷效果的聯(lián)合影響.結(jié)果表明,在研究實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù)范圍內(nèi),含固率越低、接種比越高,越有利于縮短產(chǎn)甲烷反應(yīng)遲滯期,平均日產(chǎn)甲烷速率越快經(jīng)過52d的培養(yǎng),在含固率為3%、
2、接種比為3.5的工況中,平均日產(chǎn)甲烷速率最快,達(dá)到9.5mL/(gVS‘d),日最大產(chǎn)甲烷速率最快,達(dá)到49.8mL/(gVS·d),最早進(jìn)入快速產(chǎn)甲烷期.當(dāng)接種比為3.5時,隨著含固率的升高,產(chǎn)甲烷速率下降,遲滯期延長,但單位底物累計(jì)產(chǎn)甲烷量增大,含固率7%時單位底物累計(jì)凈產(chǎn)甲烷量為481mL/gVS.而當(dāng)接種比為1.5時,含固率為5%和7%的工況均無法啟動甲烷化反應(yīng),含固率為3%的工況的產(chǎn)氣遲滯期達(dá)15d.揮發(fā)性有機(jī)酸的累積抑制甲烷化反應(yīng)的啟動,遲滯期隨著液相中有機(jī)酸濃度的增加而延長,當(dāng)有機(jī)酸濃度低于1260mg/L,甲烷化反應(yīng)沒有明顯的遲滯期.關(guān)鍵詞:葉菜類蔬菜垃圾:中溫厭氧消化;含固
