1、中國患季c丕報(bào)2014,30(16):85—90ChineseAgriculturalScienceBulletin營養(yǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑和納米硅降低煙葉重金屬鉛鎘含量及提高其含鉀量的研究陳春彥,蔣代華,雷靜,韋建玉,白厚義,陳佩瓊(’廣西大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院,南寧530005;廣西煙草公司,南寧530000)摘要:為了探討營養(yǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑ftcR)和納米硅一si)對降低烤煙重金屬鉛(Pb)、鎘(cd)和提高鉀含量的作用,在2009-2010年對烤煙施用NR提高煙葉鉀含量研究取得成果的基礎(chǔ)上,采用大田試驗(yàn)研究了NR和N.Si配合施用對烤煙重金屬Pb、Cd及鉀含量的影響。結(jié)果表明:(1)NR與N.s
2、i配施能顯著降低土壤DTPA提取的可吸態(tài)Pb、Cd含量,有效減少烤煙對土壤中Pb、Cd的吸收,從而降低煙葉中Pb、Cd的含量;煙葉中Pb、Cd含量均以施NR46.02kg/hm2、N.Si45.00kg/hm2的處理5含量最低;與不施NR、N—Si的處理l相比。上中下部煙葉Pb含量分別減少了53.4%、30.2%、39.4%;Cd含量分別減少了46.8%、49.7%、54.6%。(2)NR與N.Si配施能顯著提高烤煙煙葉鉀含量,其中以處理5效果最優(yōu),較處理1上中下部葉分別增加了61.4%、42.1%、56.6%,上、中部葉均達(dá)到優(yōu)質(zhì)煙葉(3%)的合鉀量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。關(guān)鍵詞:烤煙
