1、ACT^llilRICULTURAE華北農(nóng)學(xué)報·2014,29(1):98-102__骶aLl-SIHI曲大麥苗期根系和莖葉性狀的QTL定位分析欒海業(yè),呂超,張新忠,陳和,陳健,沈會權(quán),陶紅,喬海龍,臧慧,許如根(1.揚(yáng)州大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院,江蘇揚(yáng)州225009;2.江蘇沿海地區(qū)農(nóng)科所,江蘇鹽城224002)摘要:以耐濕大麥品種泰興9425與濕害敏感品種Franklin構(gòu)建的DH系及親本為材料,在濕害脅迫條件下,考察了大麥苗期與耐濕性相關(guān)的根長、根鮮質(zhì)量、根干質(zhì)量、莖葉鮮質(zhì)量和莖葉干質(zhì)量,各性狀均表現(xiàn)為連續(xù)分布,且都存在一定數(shù)量的雙向超親遺傳類型,為多基因控制的數(shù)量性狀。結(jié)合已構(gòu)建的分子連鎖圖譜,采
2、用WindowsQTLCartog—rapher2.5軟件中的復(fù)合區(qū)間作圖法進(jìn)行QTL定位分析。5個根系及莖葉性狀共檢測到13個QTL,除第2、5染色體外,其他染色體上均有分布,LOD值為2.59~3.83,對表型變異的解釋率為10.99%一20.7%。其中最大根長檢測到2個QTL,控制根系鮮質(zhì)量和干質(zhì)量的QTL分別為2,3個,與莖葉鮮質(zhì)量和干質(zhì)量相關(guān)的均為3個。在第6、7染色體存在QTL成簇分布的現(xiàn)象,表明可能存在一因多效或QTL緊密連鎖的情況。為大麥苗期耐濕相關(guān)根系性狀的分子標(biāo)記輔助選擇育種奠定了基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞:大麥;苗期;加倍單倍體(DH)群體;數(shù)量性狀基因座(QTL);根系和莖葉性狀中
