2、材料選取、注漿工藝制定、注漿方法和漿液配置進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究;針對(duì)定向孔的特點(diǎn)對(duì)注漿效果檢查與評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行了完善,并通過趙固一礦1l151工作面現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。試驗(yàn)表明,所采取的注漿工藝技術(shù)很好的保障了注漿和鉆進(jìn)施工,注漿加固效果明顯,實(shí)現(xiàn)了工作面超前區(qū)域注漿加固的目的。關(guān)鍵詞:煤層底板;超前注漿加固;定向孔;注漿工藝技術(shù)中圖分類號(hào):TD74文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:ADOI:10.3969~.issn.1001—1986.2014.04.013Thegroutingtechnologyofdirectionalboreholeforpre-groutingreinforcementincoalfloor

7、;groutingtechnology注漿工藝技術(shù)是一項(xiàng)實(shí)用性很強(qiáng)、應(yīng)用范圍很孔鉆進(jìn)技術(shù)引入到煤礦井下,利用定向孔實(shí)現(xiàn)煤層廣的按人的意志改變巖體(層)水文地質(zhì)條件的工程底板的超前注漿加固。技術(shù)【l?!?。注漿加固基本原理是將某些能很好的與巖由于定向孔在底板的空間軌跡及鉆孔深度等多土體固結(jié)的漿液在一定壓力和時(shí)間作用下注入到巖個(gè)方面均與常規(guī)鉆孑L有較大的區(qū)別,因此,需要針土體的孔隙、裂隙中去,通過脫水、固結(jié)或膠凝使對(duì)性地對(duì)其注漿技術(shù)進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)研究。巖土體成為強(qiáng)度高
