3、對含水量減小,葉片葉綠素含量增加,滲透調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì)增加,作為細(xì)胞保護(hù)酶的SOD、POD活性均升高,同時(shí),細(xì)胞膜受到傷害,膜透性增加,作為膜脂過氧化產(chǎn)物的丙二醛含量也隨之增加;隨著脅迫時(shí)間的延長,POD活性先升高后降低,說明干旱脅迫下細(xì)胞保護(hù)酶活性升高,但當(dāng)脅迫超出了植物可以忍耐的程度后,酶活性降低。關(guān)鍵詞:水分脅迫;圓葉決明;生理生化特性;聚乙二醇中圖分類號:Q945.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:AEffectonPhysiologicalandBiochemicalCharateristicsinChamaecristaRotundifoliaUnderWaterSt
