2、橫徑為(8．62+0．05)mill，縱徑為(17．954-0．05)m／n，千粒重為(54．274-4．62)g，種仁率為(64．174-3．82)％，‘冬棗’屬于種仁率較高的棗樹品種。(2)種仁在合有GA30．4g／L的萌發(fā)培養(yǎng)基中預(yù)處理24h后接種到萌發(fā)培養(yǎng)基上，最有利于種仁萌發(fā)，萌發(fā)率可達(dá)100％；液體萌發(fā)培養(yǎng)基稍好于固體萌發(fā)培養(yǎng)基，但未達(dá)顯著水平。(3)下胚軸誘導(dǎo)愈傷組織的適宜培養(yǎng)基為1／2MS+TDZ1．0mg／L+蔗糖30g／L，誘導(dǎo)率為(60．00-~3．02)o／0。關(guān)鍵詞：‘冬棗’；種子萌發(fā)；下胚軸；愈傷組織中圖分類號(hào)：$722文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼：A
