2、究,并且基于不穩(wěn)定波動理論建立了液滴群平均粒徑的計算模型。結(jié)果表明:噴射孑L氣速是影響噴射錐角的關(guān)鍵因素,隨著噴射L氣速的增加噴射錐角逐漸增大,當(dāng)噴射孔氣速超過7.5m.s時,噴射錐角趨f(xié)恒定,其數(shù)值穩(wěn)定在55。左右。隨著氣速的增加噴射孔處液膜速度顯著增大,而液體流量增ann,~液膜速度略有減小,越靠近噴射孔頂端液膜速度越大。噴射區(qū)域內(nèi)液滴的分布密度接近于Rosin.Rammler分布,在u賁射錐角為[20。.40。1區(qū)間內(nèi)的液滴數(shù)量比較集中,隨著氣速和液體流量的增大,液滴分布密度逐漸趨于均勻液滴群平均粒徑隨氣速的增加而減小,隨
