1、第35卷第1期青海醫(yī)學院學報Vo1.35NO.12014丘JOURNALOFQINGHAIMEDICALCOLLEGE2014___I—同Cj原慢性低氧對大鼠離體心臟缺血再灌注損傷的影響劉顯妮,劉永年,張偉(青海大學醫(yī)學院,青海西寧810001)摘要目的觀察高原低氧對大鼠離體心臟缺血再灌注損傷的影響。方法Wistar大鼠2O只,隨機分為低氧組和常氧組,每組1O只。前期將低氧組大鼠置于低壓氧艙內(nèi)(5000米,24h/d,維時20天),制作慢性低氧模型;后期應用Langendoff離體心臟灌注系統(tǒng)進行大鼠離體心臟缺血再灌注,記錄穩(wěn)定灌注期及復灌期l、5、10min及復灌末系統(tǒng)灌注壓、心臟LV
2、SP、dp/dt和一dp/dti及心率等的變化情況,并收集穩(wěn)定期及復灌期灌流液以備測CK、LDH等心肌酶學變化,最后留取心臟標本行組織病理學觀察。結(jié)果低氧組較常氧組:心臟LVSP、dp/dt和一dp/dti升高明顯(P<0.05)、心率下降、心肌酶學指標升高顯著(P<0.05)。心臟形態(tài)學變化明顯。結(jié)論高原慢性低氧對大鼠離體心臟缺血再灌注損傷存在影響。關鍵詞高原低氧離體心臟缺血再灌注損傷中圖分類號R363.1+25文獻標識碼ADIO:10.13452/j.cnki.jqmc.2014.01.007THEINFLUENCEoFALTITUDECHRoNICHYPoXIAoNISoLATED
