1、Y型電機機座鉆孔組合機床設計Yelectricalmachineryseat-sonaplanedrillholeaggregatemachine-tooldesign專業(yè)：機械設計制造及其自動化姓名：王奇班級：機自0845學號：32指導教師:馬亞麗職稱：副教授摘要我的畢業(yè)設計的題目是：Y型電機機座鉆孔（4-Φ12）組合機床設計。隨著機械技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展，切削加工更加注重高效率，高精度，對機床性能要求也越來越高，如高轉(zhuǎn)速、步進調(diào)節(jié)好，調(diào)速范圍大、自由變速、可靠性高、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、經(jīng)濟、噪音底等。組合機床在這方面有很大的優(yōu)勢，這種機床
2、是專用機床，它可對某一零件的多個工序同時進行加工，并且，還可聯(lián)成組和機床自動線，以適應大規(guī)模自動化生產(chǎn)的需要，這就減少了不必要的人員配置和大量的設備，減少了時間和資金。我的畢業(yè)設計包括機械類設計和液壓類設計。整體分為三部分：一是“三圖一卡”的設計；二是液壓系統(tǒng)設計；三是液壓站的設計。為了滿足機床機構(gòu)簡單、工作可靠的要求，我選用了單工位、臥式單面組合機床。為此采用了液壓的方式帶動滑臺和工件的夾緊；及液壓缸的設計了，為此，我已基本按要求完成了本次畢業(yè)設計的任務。關(guān)鍵詞：組合機床；電機機座；液壓系統(tǒng)；活塞AbstractMygrad
