1、自動點(diǎn)膠機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計摘要點(diǎn)膠是微電子封裝工業(yè)中一道很重要的工序,膠滴的直徑、一致性等質(zhì)量問題直接關(guān)系到封裝產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量?;谶\(yùn)動控制器的數(shù)控系統(tǒng),具有靈活的軟硬件結(jié)構(gòu)。本課題針對點(diǎn)膠工藝流程的要求對點(diǎn)膠機(jī)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計和研究,設(shè)計點(diǎn)膠機(jī)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)裝置,達(dá)到對點(diǎn)膠位置精確定位;在根據(jù)點(diǎn)膠機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合運(yùn)動控制器,伺服電機(jī)等,開發(fā)了一套蠕動點(diǎn)膠機(jī)控制系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)對蠕動泵和三坐標(biāo)工作臺的精確控制,進(jìn)而結(jié)合觸摸屏,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)交流。關(guān)鍵詞:點(diǎn)膠機(jī),點(diǎn)膠裝置,控制系統(tǒng)AutomaticDispenserControlSystemDesi
