1、X225銑床傳動箱體加工工藝及銑床夾具設(shè)計摘要本設(shè)計是銑床傳動后箱體零件的加工工藝規(guī)程及一些工序的專用夾具設(shè)計。銑床傳動后箱體零件的主要加工表面是平面及孔系。一般來說,保證平面的加工精度要比保證孔系的加工精度容易。因此,本設(shè)計遵循先面后孔的原則。并將孔與平面的加工明確劃分成粗加工和精加工階段以保證孔系加工精度基準(zhǔn)的選擇分為粗基準(zhǔn)和精基準(zhǔn),粗基準(zhǔn)選擇首先保證工件某重要表面的余量均勻,表面應(yīng)平整,沒有澆口或飛邊等缺陷,而且只能用一次,以免產(chǎn)生較大的的位置誤差。應(yīng)選擇該表面作粗基準(zhǔn)。精基準(zhǔn)的選擇應(yīng)盡可能使各個工序的
2、定位都采用同一基準(zhǔn),當(dāng)精加工或光整加工工序要求余量小而無效均勻時,應(yīng)選擇加工表面本身作為精基準(zhǔn)。機(jī)械夾具在我國的發(fā)展前景是十分廣泛,有著很大的發(fā)展空間。機(jī)械夾具的要求結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,使用方便,制造精度高。就本次設(shè)計而言,整個加工過程均選用組合機(jī)床。夾具選用專用夾具,夾緊方式多選用氣動夾緊,夾緊可靠,機(jī)構(gòu)可以不必自鎖。因此生產(chǎn)效率較高。適用于大批量、流水線上加工。能夠滿足設(shè)計要求。關(guān)鍵詞工藝路線;夾具設(shè)計;工序X225MillingandDrillingMachineGearBoxFixtureDesignProce
