2、7)摘要:中性內(nèi)切一p一葡聚糖酶在棉織物生物整理方面具有重要的應用價值,研究首先從特異腐質(zhì)霉(Humicolains0le菌株中克隆到一個中性內(nèi)切-p一葡聚糖酶基因,將該基因置于里氏木霉(TrichodermareeseO纖維二糖水解酶I強啟動子Pcbhl(及其信號肽)和終止子Tcbhl之間,并以pCAMBIA1300為載體骨架構(gòu)建重組質(zhì)粒pCB-PHT。采用根瘤農(nóng)桿菌介導轉(zhuǎn)化技術(shù)將重組質(zhì)粒pCB-PHT導入里氏木霉的分生孢子中,進一步篩選得到八個重組里氏木霉轉(zhuǎn)化子。搖瓶發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)72h時,發(fā)酵液的
