1、中原大學(xué)機(jī)械工程學(xué)系博士學(xué)位論文動(dòng)平衡機(jī)之多平面分離原理與應(yīng)用ThePrincipleandApplicationofMulti-PlaneSeparationforBalancingMachines指導(dǎo)教授:康淵、張義鋒研究生:湯秉輝中華民國(guó)九十一年一月摘要產(chǎn)業(yè)界目前通用動(dòng)平衡機(jī)之平衡法則,僅可運(yùn)用在二個(gè)平衡校正面之剛性轉(zhuǎn)子平衡。對(duì)於一些較為特殊的轉(zhuǎn)子,如曲柄軸、大型的渦輪轉(zhuǎn)子以及發(fā)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子…等,在平衡時(shí)必須利用多個(gè)平衡面來分散集中在兩個(gè)平衡面上之不平衡質(zhì)量。僅以具有二平衡校正面之平衡機(jī),用以平衡這
2、些複雜轉(zhuǎn)子之多面校正是相當(dāng)困難的。本論文提出以指定量測(cè)點(diǎn)之影響係數(shù)法証明平面分離的原理,並由二個(gè)分離平面之調(diào)定電路邏輯為基礎(chǔ),推導(dǎo)出三面及多平面分離之一般性邏輯程序,將軟式平衡機(jī)之兩平面分離方法,擴(kuò)充成多個(gè)平衡面的分離方法,如此可使現(xiàn)今一般工業(yè)通用之雙平面平衡機(jī)在最少修改工程下擴(kuò)充成多平面平衡機(jī),將其應(yīng)用功能從對(duì)稱型轉(zhuǎn)子平衡擴(kuò)增為非對(duì)稱轉(zhuǎn)子平衡。同時(shí),本論文以三平面分離原理及硬體架構(gòu),提出「多平面之簡(jiǎn)約平衡法」校正程序,應(yīng)用於四平衡面以上的剛性轉(zhuǎn)子,令必須多面平衡之剛性轉(zhuǎn)子僅需三平衡面動(dòng)平衡機(jī)即可完成
3、平衡校正,使得小幅修改之三平面動(dòng)平衡機(jī),運(yùn)用此法即可擴(kuò)增應(yīng)用範(fàn)圍,附加價(jià)值隨之大幅提昇。本論文並以實(shí)際之非對(duì)稱轉(zhuǎn)子-直列式四缸引擎以及V型六缸引擎曲柄軸為校正轉(zhuǎn)子,應(yīng)用迭代修正影響係數(shù)法,以三平面動(dòng)平衡機(jī)進(jìn)行多平面平衡,得到較傳統(tǒng)平衡方式更佳之平衡精度。IAbstractMostbalancingmachinesusedinindustryareonlyinvolvedinusingtwo-planeseparationprocedurefortherigidrotor.Forthespecialro
