2、用量為0.4g/L,隨反應(yīng)時(shí)間增加,金置換率下降;浸金液中銅離子和單質(zhì)s、s0、s0,一等多硫化物對(duì)置換反應(yīng)不利;游離硫代硫酸鹽對(duì)置換影響較小;添加鉛鹽對(duì)置換反應(yīng)有利。SEM—EDS分析表明,經(jīng)5%乙酸鉛溶液浸泡后的鋅粉表面有鉛生成,生成的鉛與鋅形成電偶加速置換反應(yīng),同時(shí),鋅粉表面變蓬松,增大了鋅粉與Au(s:O,)的接觸面積,有利于置換反應(yīng)的進(jìn)行。關(guān)鍵詞:金;浸金液;硫代硫酸鹽;鋅粉;置換;鉛鹽;電偶中圖分類號(hào):TF111文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:Adoi:10.3969/j.issn.0253-6099.2016.03.024文章編號(hào)
