2、提高有利于社會(huì)資源配置效率的實(shí)現(xiàn)。金融市場的發(fā)展可以促進(jìn)資本的集中、轉(zhuǎn)移和交易，也改變生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營部門的外部融資比重，社會(huì)資源的優(yōu)化配置和規(guī)模效應(yīng)可以在眾多生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營部門的外部融資比重變化中得以實(shí)現(xiàn)?？偠灾?，金融促進(jìn)了資本流動(dòng)，為社會(huì)資源優(yōu)化配置創(chuàng)造了便利條件，有助于社會(huì)資本產(chǎn)出率的提高，也就是為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了貢獻(xiàn)。在中央提出“中部崛起”戰(zhàn)略的背景下，將中部省份安徽作為研究對象。分析其金融經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中存在的問題，具有較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，有利于國家和安徽省戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展耳標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。目前一些省份的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度不快或者發(fā)展不平衡，究其原因是由于金融市場發(fā)展滯后或是發(fā)展不
3、平衡引起的，可以也應(yīng)該通過金融手段來予以解決。本文運(yùn)用實(shí)證分析的方法，對安徽省金融與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究和分析，證明了安徽金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的正相關(guān)關(guān)系，同時(shí)也找到了安徽金融發(fā)展中的缺陷和問題，并提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議予以解決。關(guān)鍵詞：區(qū)域金融區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)金融與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長Theinfluenceoftheregionalfinancetowardsregionaleconomicsbasedonempiricalanalysis——takingAnhuiprovinceforexampleabstraetAccordingtothetheoriesonf
