1、2016年1月機床與液壓Jan?2016第44卷第2期MACHINETOOL&HYDRAULICSVol?44No?2DOI:10.3969/j?issn?1001-3881?2016?02?061基于Android的機床在線無線振動監(jiān)測儀研制鄭美茹(陜西鐵路工程職業(yè)技術學院機電工程系,陜西渭南714000)摘要:為保護操作者的安全、防止切削液的外漏等,現(xiàn)代數(shù)控機床都安裝了防護罩殼,這給現(xiàn)場在線監(jiān)測的傳感器布線、布點造成了困難。針對傳統(tǒng)有線振動傳感器在密閉防護罩殼內存在布線、布點困難和功耗高等問題,研制基于Android系統(tǒng)和CC2540單片機的無線振動測量儀。通過Androi
2、d系統(tǒng)和藍牙實現(xiàn)了儀器的在線參數(shù)設置和無線傳輸、實時數(shù)據(jù)顯示和存儲功能,無線傳輸有效地解決了傳感器布線問題。以CC2540單片機為控制核心的測量模塊完成了信號預處理和采集,該單片機自帶低功耗藍牙模塊與Android系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)全雙工通信并將數(shù)據(jù)存儲在TF卡或者云空間內。實際測試表明:該儀器能實現(xiàn)對振動加速度信號的精確測量,并通過單片機內部自帶低功耗藍牙模塊與Android手機準確到收發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)、存儲數(shù)據(jù),使用方便、操作簡單,具有良好的應用前景,可為其他新型無線測量設備的開發(fā)提供參考。關鍵詞:無線振動測量儀;Android操作系統(tǒng);振動加速度傳感器中圖分類號:TP216文獻標志碼:B文章
