2、工件坐標(biāo)系與機(jī)床坐標(biāo)系重合或接近,才能使磨削余量分布均勻,保證曲軸各檔相位角的加工精度。基于觸發(fā)式測(cè)頭構(gòu)建大量程在機(jī)測(cè)量裝置,配合不同測(cè)量方法,分別建立兩點(diǎn)法和多點(diǎn)法角向定位模型,并分析譜尺度BFGS算法在求解該模型時(shí)的收斂速度、精度以及初值選取范圍。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)仿真計(jì)算分析測(cè)頭預(yù)行程及定位誤差對(duì)角向定位精度的影響規(guī)律,并揭示其與所選定測(cè)量點(diǎn)位置的關(guān)系。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析比較兩種自動(dòng)角向定位方法的有效性,并提出相應(yīng)措施以減少角向定位誤差。關(guān)鍵詞:非圓磨削;角向定位;曲軸;譜尺度BFGS中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TG87Ra
