3、日期：2012年11月2日)·研究報(bào)告·天舒膠囊治療肝陽(yáng)上亢型偏頭痛的臨床療效及作用機(jī)制丁硯兵，明淑萍，楊晨(湖北省中醫(yī)院，武漢430061；湖北中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)，武漢430061)摘要：目的：觀察天舒膠囊治療肝陽(yáng)上亢型偏頭痛的臨床療效，探討其作用機(jī)制。方法：將60例肝陽(yáng)上亢型偏頭痛患者隨機(jī)分為兩組，每組30例，治療組給予天舒膠囊治療，對(duì)照組給予西比靈膠囊治療，療程1個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效和血小板、血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)及5一羥色胺(5-HT)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的變化。結(jié)果：治療組偏頭痛患者的頭痛癥狀及中醫(yī)證候明顯改善，與對(duì)照組相比均有顯著性差異(P<0．O1)。治療組治療
