2、獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(1978年～2012年9月)、中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(1989年一2012年9月)、中華醫(yī)學(xué)會數(shù)字化期刊庫(1997年一2012年9月)，同時手檢相關(guān)期刊和會議論文集，納入有關(guān)索拉非尼治療晚期肝細(xì)胞癌的隨機(jī)對照試驗(yàn)，按Cochrane系統(tǒng)評價方法提取資料、評價文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析，數(shù)據(jù)采用RevMan5．0軟件進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果最終納入7個隨機(jī)對照試驗(yàn)，共854例患者。與索拉非尼組相比．索拉非尼聯(lián)合TACE組能夠延長肝癌患者的總生存期，但是不能降低病死率，手足反應(yīng)、腹瀉、皮疹、高血壓的發(fā)生率增加，脫發(fā)的發(fā)生率沒有差異。結(jié)論索拉非尼
