2、hernMedicalUniversity(NanjingGeneralHospitalofNanjingMilitaryRegion),Nanjing210002,JiangsuProvince,China摘要?背景:骨科創(chuàng)面植皮時(shí)采用封閉負(fù)壓引流可以封閉創(chuàng)面,減少滲出,促進(jìn)軟組織肉芽增生及植皮修復(fù)缺損。目的:對比兩種不同材料的創(chuàng)面敷料封閉負(fù)壓引流在創(chuàng)面植皮中的臨床效果。?方法:選擇2010年9月至2012年3月收治的80例因創(chuàng)傷需植皮患者,在植皮后按自愿原則進(jìn)入生物材料(基于絲瓜的植物纖維為敷料主體)及合成材
3、料(聚乙烯乙醇化海藻鹽泡沫)創(chuàng)面敷料封閉負(fù)壓引流治療。治療1周后拆除封閉負(fù)壓引流裝置及創(chuàng)面敷料,記錄兩組的植皮覆蓋率及創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間。?結(jié)果與結(jié)論:兩組患者均有效達(dá)到創(chuàng)面植皮覆蓋效果,無感染及不愈合情況出現(xiàn)。采用生物材料創(chuàng)面敷料治療組植皮覆蓋率及創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間均明顯優(yōu)于采用合成材料創(chuàng)面敷料治療組(P<0.05)。提示采用生物材料創(chuàng)面敷料封閉負(fù)壓引流可以有效促進(jìn)引流,改善循環(huán),抑制細(xì)菌增生及促進(jìn)修復(fù)過程。中國組織工程研究雜志出版內(nèi)容重點(diǎn):生物材料;骨生物材料;口腔生物材料;納米材料;緩釋材料;材料相容性;組織工程全文鏈
