4、要根據(jù)日能源消耗日志和財(cái)務(wù)部和客房部得來的信息做出能源消耗報(bào)告。2.Thefollowinginformationistoberecordedonamonthlybasis:以下內(nèi)容要以月度為單位進(jìn)行記錄：--HDD/CDDRecordthetotalHeatingDegreeDaysandCoolingDegreedaysforeachmonth.Includefiguresforpreviousyears.HDD/CDD是記錄每月供暖溫度和制冷溫度以及上一年同一時(shí)期的溫度。--OccupiedRoo
5、ms-Enterthetotalnumberofoccupiedrooms,obtainedfromtheControllersDepartment.ComplimentaryandHouse-useroomsaretobeincluded.有住客的房間―記入有住客房間的數(shù)目，包括免房間和自用房間的數(shù)目。--FoodCovers-Enterthenumberoffoodcovers,obtainedfromtheControllersDepartment.Eachassociatemealistobel
