1、生物多樣性 第6卷,第1期,1998年2月CHINESEBIODIVERSITY6(1):37~41,February,1998①利用RAPD技術對蔥屬品種遺傳關系的分析孟祥棟 馬 紅 張衛(wèi)華(山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學園藝系, 泰安 271018)摘 要 利用隨機擴增多態(tài)性DNA(RAPD)技術分析了我國栽培的幾個主要蔥屬品種。所用的20個引物,有11個能擴增出重現(xiàn)性好且穩(wěn)定的譜帶,10個品種共擴增出102條帶,其中68條具多態(tài)性。根據(jù)DNA譜帶計算的10個品種相似系數(shù)范圍為0.571~0.947。對10個品種的UPGMA聚類分析表明,章丘大蔥(Alliumfistulos
2、umvar.gigantumcv.ZhangqiuWelshonion)、天津五葉齊(A.fistulosumvar.gigantumcv.TianjinWuyeqiWelshonion)、上海分蔥(A.fistulosumvar.caepitosumcv.ShanghaiSpringonion)、南京冬蔥(A.fistulosumvar.caepitosumcv.NanjingWinteronion)和韓國大蔥(A.fistulosumvar.gigantumcv.KoreaWelshonion)關系較近。根據(jù)聚類結(jié)果,將章丘大蔥、天津五葉齊、上海分蔥、南京冬
