1、本科生畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))題目:輕型門式剛架廠房設(shè)計(jì)姓名:系別:專業(yè):年級(jí):學(xué)號(hào):指導(dǎo)教師:職稱:講師20年月日中文摘要本工程為某輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)門式剛架設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書的要求,分建筑與結(jié)構(gòu)兩部分進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。建筑部分,通過查閱《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范GB50017-2003》、《簡(jiǎn)明鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)》、《福建省建筑設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖籍》等相關(guān)資料,將門式剛架廠房設(shè)計(jì)為13跨,每跨的間距為30m,總的建筑面積為2160m2。該單層門式剛架結(jié)構(gòu)是以輕型焊接H型鋼(變截面)作為主要承重骨架,用冷彎薄壁型鋼(C型)做檁條、墻梁;以壓型鋼板做屋面、墻面;采用80mm
2、玻璃棉作為保溫隔熱材料并適當(dāng)設(shè)置支撐的一種輕型房屋結(jié)構(gòu)體系。結(jié)構(gòu)部分,根據(jù)已形成的建筑圖及其相關(guān)要求,查閱《建筑結(jié)構(gòu)荷載規(guī)范GB50009-2001》、《冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)范GB50018-2002》、《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)連接節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)》、《房屋建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)》等相關(guān)規(guī)范和一定量的實(shí)際工程設(shè)計(jì)圖,對(duì)每榀剛架的最不利荷載進(jìn)行計(jì)算,利用PKPM軟件完成剛架的合理截面計(jì)算,然后通過設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范的相關(guān)要求,對(duì)剛架梁、柱、支撐、檁條等構(gòu)件進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定性計(jì)算,用AUTOCAD2005分別繪制出設(shè)計(jì)圖。最后,整理計(jì)算書并出圖。關(guān)鍵詞輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)門式剛架建筑結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范
