1、5期劉為民等:鴨肝炎病毒(DHV-1)及水飛薊素對雛鴨生長的影響1523鴨肝炎病毒(DHV-1)及水飛薊素對雛鴨生長的影響劉為民,王丙云,陳建紅,王軍,計(jì)慧琴,袁生,黃德純,李康林(佛山科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院生命科學(xué)學(xué)院,廣東佛山528231)摘要:【目的】觀察雛鴨接種亞致死量鴨肝炎病毒后生長速度的改變及水飛薊素對其的影響?!痉椒ā?00只雛鴨分為8組,于10日齡接種病毒。第1、2、3組腿肌接種105倍稀釋的病毒尿囊液,并分別口服0、30、50mg·kg-1bw·d-1的水飛薊素;第4、5、6組腿肌接種5×105倍稀病毒尿囊液并分別口服0、10、30mg·kg-1bw·d-1的水飛薊素
2、;第7組為水飛薊素對照組,不接種病毒,但口服水飛薊素10mg·kg-1bw·d-1;第8組為空白對照組,僅腿肌注射0.2ml滅菌生理鹽水。水飛薊素連續(xù)給藥5d,于攻毒的第5天采集血漿,測定血漿T3、甲狀腺素(T4)、IGF-Ⅰ濃度。于攻毒后10d測定體重。【結(jié)果】用5×105倍稀釋病毒尿囊液接種雛鴨,動(dòng)物顯示出顯著高的生長速度(P<0.01,與對照組比較),此種效應(yīng)可被口服水飛薊素劑量依賴性的抑制。T4水平在接種病毒后極顯著的降低,未見水飛薊素對其顯著的影響,生長速度與血漿T3水平在一定程度上呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,與IGF-Ⅰ水平相關(guān)性不強(qiáng)?!窘Y(jié)論】亞致死量鴨肝炎病毒可顯著促進(jìn)雛鴨的

7、rinoculation.TheplasmaIGF-Ⅰ,T3andT4consentrationsweremeasuredbyRIA.【Result】Atthevirusdoseof1﹕5×105dilutedvirusinfectedallantoicfluids,theinoculationsofthevirusenhancedthebodyweightgainsignificantlycomparedwiththatofcontrol(P<0.01).While10-50mg·kg-1bw·d-1
