1、洛陽理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)基于PLC的集氣管壓力控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計摘要監(jiān)控組態(tài)軟件是在信息化社會的大背景下,隨著工業(yè)IT技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展而誕生、發(fā)展起來的。在整個工業(yè)自動化軟件大家庭中,監(jiān)控組態(tài)軟件屬于基礎(chǔ)型工具平臺。監(jiān)控組態(tài)軟件給工業(yè)自動化、信息化、及社會信息化帶來的影響是深遠的,它帶動著整個社會生產(chǎn)、生活方式的變化,這種變化仍在繼續(xù)發(fā)展DCS控制技術(shù)廣泛應(yīng)用于各種場所,尤其是在嚴重危害人體健康的惡劣環(huán)境中的應(yīng)用,極大地提高了工作效率,解放了勞動力,隨著PC機大眾化和組態(tài)軟件的普遍使用,組態(tài)技術(shù)發(fā)展迅速。本次設(shè)計的研究內(nèi)容
2、為基于FameView的集氣管壓力監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,該設(shè)計主要是解決鼓冷系統(tǒng)的集氣管壓力控制及解耦控制和與變頻器系統(tǒng)聯(lián)調(diào)。該設(shè)計的目的是通過使用組態(tài)軟件制作實時顯示操作界面,收集從下位機(PLC)上傳的數(shù)據(jù)(如實時采集各種壓力及溫度等數(shù)據(jù)、PLC送來的報警信號及各執(zhí)行部件的狀態(tài)信號),對數(shù)據(jù)進行算術(shù)、邏輯處理后,通過圖形、動畫的方式顯示壓力曲線、溫度曲線、工藝流程、系統(tǒng)運行參數(shù)、變頻器的工作狀態(tài)等信息,并通過該人機界面向PLC發(fā)送實時命令,及時控制現(xiàn)場設(shè)備。關(guān)鍵詞:監(jiān)控組態(tài),PLC,F(xiàn)ameView,S7-302洛陽理工學(xué)
