1、九江學(xué)院化學(xué)化工學(xué)院本科論文摘 要本文在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外聚硅酸類混凝劑的研究與發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,以水玻璃、硫酸鋁、硫酸鐵為原料,制備無機(jī)高分子混凝劑—聚硅酸鋁鐵(簡稱PSAF),并對該混凝劑的混凝除濁效能及對印染廢水的脫色效能進(jìn)行了研究和討論,從而為聚硅酸類混凝劑的工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)和工程應(yīng)用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。本文在酸性條件下制備聚硅酸,優(yōu)化了聚硅酸的制備工藝條件,系統(tǒng)研究了硅酸的聚合反應(yīng)過程中pH值、二氧化硅濃度、溫度等因素對聚硅酸聚合過程中的影響。采用自制的聚硅酸制備聚硅酸鋁鐵混凝劑。研究(Al+Fe)/Si摩爾比、Al/Fe摩爾比、攪
2、拌時(shí)間、投加量等因素對模擬懸濁水樣的除濁效能的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:聚硅酸鋁鐵混凝劑具有優(yōu)良的混凝除濁效能;在適宜的條件下,對活性染料模擬水樣、分散染料模擬水樣均有較好的脫色效果,對活性染料模擬水樣的脫色率最高可達(dá)88.48%,對分散染料模擬水樣的脫色率最高可達(dá)80.84%,與硫酸鋁、三氯化鐵、聚硅酸鋁、聚硅酸鐵相比,聚硅酸鋁鐵有較好的混凝除濁脫色效能。關(guān)鍵詞:聚硅酸,聚硅酸鋁鐵,印染廢水,混凝-2-九江學(xué)院化學(xué)化工學(xué)院本科論文AbstractTheresearchesrelatedtothedevelopmentofm

5、cessesforthepraparationofpolymerizedsilicicacidwereoptimized,andtheviscositywasusedasthekeyindicatorofpolymerizationdegreeofpolymerizedsilicicacid.Theinfluencesoftemperature,pHvalue,SiO2concentration,anddifferentacidifiersontheviscosityweresystematicallyinvestig
6、ated.PSAFwithhighefficiencywaspraparedbyusingself-madepolymerizedsilicicacid,andtheprocessesofPSAFwereoptimized.The(Al+Fe)/Simoleratio,Al/Femoleratio,theviscosityofpolymerizedsilicicacid,agingtime,dosage,pHvalueonturbidityremovalanddyedecorizationwerestudied.The
7、resultshowedthat:PSAFhadexcellentcoagulationpropertyontheturbidityremoval;forthesyntheticreactiveredanddispersebrilliantbluedyewastewater,theuseofPSAFcouldachieve88.48%and80.48%ofdyeremovalefficiencyinappropriateconditions,respectively.PSAFwereevaluatedwithcompa
