1、MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃論文:釤摻雜的MAS系微晶玻璃的制備及性能研究【中文摘要】微晶玻璃作為新型結(jié)構(gòu)和功能材料,以其優(yōu)良的光、電、磁、化學(xué)等性能在國防尖端技術(shù)、機(jī)械制造、微電子技術(shù)等領(lǐng)域都得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文闡述了MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃的制備方法及性能研究。采用熔融和退火技術(shù)合成出MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃,并摻雜稀土Sm3+離子。實(shí)驗(yàn)中以TiO2作為晶核劑,根據(jù)DSC結(jié)果制定出玻璃的晶化熱處理制度。根據(jù)XRD曲線可知,隨著熱處理溫度的升高,主晶相未發(fā)生變化,仍為Mg2Al4Si5O18。采用
2、UV-Vis-NIR分光光度計(jì)測定釤摻雜MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系玻璃及微晶玻璃的光透過率,隨著晶化熱處理溫度的升高,光透過率逐漸降低。在可見光區(qū)域內(nèi)光波段透過率為40%-81%。在近紅外區(qū)域內(nèi)光波段透過率為50%-83%。采用SEM觀察微晶玻璃的形貌,利用比例尺估算出晶粒尺寸為10-20nm。測量了基質(zhì)玻璃和微晶玻璃的熒光光譜,稀土離子在微晶玻璃中的發(fā)光性能強(qiáng)于基質(zhì)玻璃?!居⑽恼縂lass-ceramicsasanewstructuralandfunctionalmaterials,foritsexcellentoptical,

5、eincreamed,themainphaseisMg2Al4Si5O18.ThelatticeparameterofmaincrystalphasewascalculatedbyXRDresults.Itwassimilartothelatticeparameterofthestandardsample.ThemeangainsizewascalculatedbyXRDresults,anditwasabout10nm-20nm.Theopticaltransmittancesoftheglassandglass-ceramicswer
