1、聘請法律顧問合同格式全文＿＿＿＿＿＿（以下簡稱甲方）因工作需要根據(jù)《中華人民共和國律師暫行條例》的有關(guān)規(guī)定，聘請＿＿＿＿＿＿（以下簡稱乙方）的律師為法律顧問，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商訂立下列協(xié)議，共同遵照履行。一、乙方委派律師＿＿＿＿＿＿擔(dān)任甲方的法律顧問，為甲方提供法律幫助，依法維護甲方的合法權(quán)益。甲方指定＿＿＿＿＿＿為法律顧問的聯(lián)系人。二、法律顧問工作范圍：１．為甲方解答法律問題，必要時提供法律意見書。２．協(xié)助草擬、修改、審查合同和有關(guān)法律事務(wù)文書。３．接受甲方委托，參與經(jīng)濟合同談判。４．接受甲方委托，擔(dān)任代理人，參加訴訟、非訴訟、調(diào)解、仲裁
2、活動。５．應(yīng)甲方要求，向職工進行法制宣傳教育。６．接受甲方委托、辦理其它法律事務(wù)。三、律師的工作時間、地點，根據(jù)甲方的提議，隨時聯(lián)系約定。四、甲方向乙方每月繳納聘請律師費＿＿元。律師費用按季繳納，參加訴訟、非訴訟、調(diào)解、仲裁、以及項目談判，收費按規(guī)定另議。五、律師受甲方委托，外出差旅費由甲方支付。六、甲方應(yīng)向律師提供與業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān)的情況、資料和必要的工作條件。七、本合同自雙方簽字之日起生效，期限為＿＿年。八、本合同一式兩份，雙方各執(zhí)一份，具有同等效力。甲方（公章）乙方（公章）甲方代表（簽字）乙方代表（簽字）甲方電話：乙方電話：（簽字）地
