保安部規(guī)定和程序題目：溺水事件處理規(guī)定和程序規(guī)定和程序編號：CRI-SE–007頁數：5/4準備：保安部經理日期：2003-6-1批準：總經理日期：2003-6-1傳達致：各部門生效日期：2003-6-1定義Objective目的Toestablishastandardrescuingprocedureintheeventofdrowningoccurtopreventlossoflife.制訂標準救援程序以便發(fā)生泳池溺水時挽救生命.Scope適用范圍1.DrowningintheswimmingpoolorJacuzzi.泳池或漩流浴池溺水.2.Drowninginthebathtub浴盆內溺水3.Drowninginthewatercompartment.儲水池內溺水.規(guī)定Rescueprocedure搶救措施1.Rescueatswimmingpool/Jacuzzi泳池/漩流浴池1.1Notifypoolattendanceandatthesametimetrytorescuethedrowningpersonbyusinglifesavingapparatusprovidedatthepoolside.通知泳池救生員,同時用池邊的救生設備搶救落水者. 保安部規(guī)定和程序題目：溺水事件處理規(guī)定和程序規(guī)定和程序編號：CRI-SE–007頁數：5/4準備：保安部經理日期：2003-6-1批準：總經理日期：2003-6-1傳達致：各部門生效日期：2003-6-11.1Afterpullingoutthecasualtiesoutofthepoolcheckwhetherhe/sheisstillconsciousandbreathing.將溺水者救上岸后檢查他是否呼吸.1.2Coverhisbodywithblankettocomforthim/her,ifhe/sheisstillconscious,trytotalktohim/her.Ifhe/sheisunconsciouscalltheSecurityandDutyManagertosendFirstAidTeamimmediately.用毛毯將他蓋好安慰他,如他還有知覺盡量跟他說話.如他失去知覺則盡快呼叫保安和值班經理并立即派急救小組到場.1.3OnlyqualifiedFirstAiderareallowedtotreatcasualtieswithCardioPulmonaryResuscitation(CPR).持有資格證書的急救員才能對溺水者進行人工呼吸.1.4TheDutyManagertocallforAmbulanceandsendthecasualtiestoHospitalimmediately.值班經理呼叫救護車立即送溺水者去醫(yī)院.1.5IfthedrowninghappensduringofficehourcallforinhouseDoctortoattendtothecasualtiesimmediately.如果溺水發(fā)生在正常上班時間,立即叫酒店醫(yī)生處理.1.6Ifthecasualtiesisconsciouslethim/herdecidewhetherornottogotohospitalorhe/shewantsDoctortocome.IfthecasualtiesisunconsciousthentheDutyManagerandExecutiveonDutywilldecidewhethertocallforDoctororsendtoHospital.如果溺水者處于清醒狀態(tài),則由他自行決定是否去醫(yī)院或叫醫(yī)生前來.如溺水者失去知覺,則由值班經理和酒店行政總值班決定是否送醫(yī)院或叫醫(yī)生前來.1.7ItistheresponsibilitiesoftheDutyManagertoinformGeneralManagerorE.A.Mimmediately.由值班經理負責通知總經理或副總經理. 保安部規(guī)定和程序題目：溺水事件處理規(guī)定和程序規(guī)定和程序編號：CRI-SE–007頁數：5/4準備：保安部經理日期：2003-6-1批準：總經理日期：2003-6-1傳達致：各部門生效日期：2003-6-12.Rescueatbathtub浴盆溺水救護2.1DrainoutthewaterinthebathtubandcallSecurityandFrontOfficeimmediately.將浴盆內的水放空并立即呼叫保安和前臺.2.2Ifthecasualtiesisstillconsciouscheckwhetherhe/sheisdrunk,heartattack,faintedorbeingattackbysomebody.如果溺水者仍然清醒,則檢查他是否醉酒,突發(fā)心臟病,昏倒或遭到襲擊.2.3Ifthecasualtiesisunconsciousandnotbreathingandthereissignofbeingattackbypeople,donottouchanythinguntiltheFirstAidTeamarrivewiththeSecurityandDutyManager.如果溺水者神智不清而且現場又有溺水者被攻擊的跡象,切勿動任何物品,等待急救隊和保安經理的到來.2.4CallforAmbulanceandsendcasualtiestoHospital.IfcasualtiesfounddeadnotifythePoliceimmediately.呼叫救護車將溺水者送往醫(yī)院.如果溺水者已死亡則立即通知當地公安部門.2.5DutyManagertoinformGeneralManagerorE.A.Mimmediately.值班經理通知總經理或副總經理.3.Rescuingdrowninginthewaterstoragecompartment.儲水池溺水救護3.1ThisisreferringtothewaterstorageareawherebydrowningcanhappentotheEngineeringstafforcontractorwhiledoinginspectionormaintenanceinthestoragecompartment.此項指工程部員工或承包商進行儲水池檢查或維修時發(fā)生的事件.3.2InformSecurity,DutyManagerandChiefEngineerimmediately.立即通知值班經理和總工程師. 保安部規(guī)定和程序題目：溺水事件處理規(guī)定和程序規(guī)定和程序編號：CRI-SE–007頁數：5/4準備：保安部經理日期：2003-6-1批準：總經理日期：2003-6-1傳達致：各部門生效日期：2003-6-13.3Callforhelpandtrytorescuethedrowningpersonbutdonotattempttodotherescuealone.呼叫其他人前來營救溺水者,切不可試圖單獨營救.3.4SecuritytosendFirstAidteamimmediatelyandtheHEATteamtorescuethevictim.保安部派急救小組和緊急行動小組立即前來.3.5DutyManagerwillcallforambulanceandsendcasualtiestoHospitalimmediately.值班經理打電話叫救護車送溺水者去醫(yī)院.3.6DutyManagertoinformGeneralManagerorE.A.Mimmediately.值班經理通知總經理和副總經理.3.7ChiefEngineertowritefullreporttoGeneralmanagerwithin24hoursoftheIncident.總工程師在24小時內寫出事故書面報告呈報總經理. 保安部規(guī)定和程序題目：溺水事件處理規(guī)定和程序規(guī)定和程序編號：CRI-SE–007頁數：5/4準備：保安部經理日期：2003-6-1批準：總經理日期：2003-6-1傳達致：各部門生效日期：2003-6-1
