1、摘要本次設(shè)計的主要履內(nèi)容是挖掘機(jī)主要零件及液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。通過與其它類型挖掘機(jī)的分析比較，次種挖掘機(jī)的通用性好，應(yīng)用廣泛，當(dāng)進(jìn)入松軟或沼澤地段作業(yè)時，可以通過改變其寬度和長度以及浮式履帶的方式來降低接地比壓。全套圖紙，加液壓式的挖掘機(jī)實現(xiàn)無級調(diào)速并且具有較大的調(diào)速范圍，即使快速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時也能保持較低且穩(wěn)定的轉(zhuǎn)速，采用的液壓元件可以提高性能，實現(xiàn)平穩(wěn)的傳動，此外它容易操作。本次設(shè)計的是中小型液壓挖掘機(jī)，其是斗容量0.2m3,主要設(shè)計挖掘機(jī)的工作裝置、液壓傳動原理。設(shè)計時，選用了履帶式行走裝置，來滿足其作業(yè)要求。上部轉(zhuǎn)臺設(shè)定成全回轉(zhuǎn)式，所以它可以實現(xiàn)大范圍的作業(yè)。
2、同時采用的液壓傳動控制改善了其作業(yè)的整體性能。同機(jī)械式挖掘機(jī)比較，它的工作效率提高了2～3倍，整機(jī)的質(zhì)量大約為5噸，最大卸載高度約為2.65m，挖掘力約為30kN，最大挖掘半徑約為5.728m，最大挖掘深度4.2m。通過上述參數(shù)，該機(jī)的整體性能得到了很大的提高，機(jī)重減輕的同時，其作業(yè)效率較高，傳動穩(wěn)定，設(shè)計的結(jié)構(gòu)更合理可靠。此外，以結(jié)構(gòu)推理為依據(jù)，對機(jī)器的工作裝置進(jìn)行機(jī)構(gòu)改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新。關(guān)鍵詞：液壓挖掘機(jī)；挖掘機(jī)構(gòu)；液壓系統(tǒng)AbstractThisdesignedtopicisthemarchinghydraulicexcavatorexcavational
