1、高速加工中心電主軸的靜動態(tài)特性分析[摘要]:作為加工中心重要部件之一的電主軸,研究電主軸系統(tǒng)的靜動態(tài)特性分析為加工中心的發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ),本文研究主要內(nèi)容如下;第一;從設(shè)計(jì)電主軸應(yīng)考慮的問題出發(fā),確定電主軸的基本參數(shù)及其結(jié)構(gòu),合理選擇軸承及確定軸承的支撐形式,主軸的冷卻方式,潤滑方式等。第二;應(yīng)用機(jī)械動力學(xué)原理,建立符合高速主軸單元的動力學(xué)微分方程,通過求解得到固有頻率和振型,分析影響電主軸靜動態(tài)特性的主要原因。第三;應(yīng)用ANSYS軟件對電主軸單元進(jìn)行了模態(tài)分析和諧響應(yīng)分析。模態(tài)分析得到了電主軸的各階振型和固有頻率,以及臨界轉(zhuǎn)速;諧響應(yīng)分析得
